Those green and white buses, vans, and cars are growing in Redmond. Microsoft continues its expansion of its Connector Shuttle Service to serve more areas around King and Snohomish Counties, thus reducing its employees and the company’s carbon footprint.
You’ll be able to catch the connector bus service in:
- Redmond Ridge
- Snohomish
- Woodinville/Monroe
- West Seattle
- Columbia City/Mt Baker
- Leschi/Madrona
- Maple Valley
- South Everett
- Kent/Tukwila/Renton
According to The Seattle Times, Microsoft has provided 380,000 rides to 8650 employees, cutting down single occupancy vehicle trips by 4%. Kudos to the Microsoft for its Connector Shuttle Service, its continued growth, and helping to take more cars off the roads.

I know my West Seattle Microsoft neighbors are thrilled with this expansion!
Hi Rhonda,
The Shuttle Service is just amazing. It’s like the Redmond area around Microsoft has been taken over by green and white vehicles of all shapes and sizes. They’re everywhere! But it’s all for a good cause and is a wonderful example for both the public and private sector.
Hope you are doing well!
