Earth Day is coming early to Redmond this year.    This year’s Earth Day project is along the Sammamish River Trail by the Leary Way bridge. Native trees and shrubs are being planted near the river.   Tools will be provided, but come prepared rain or shine.

On another “green” note, kudos to Redmond for its selection as a “Tree City USA.” This is Redmond’s tenth year to be selected by The National Arbor Day Foundation.
