The event will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 15 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., corner of Bear Creek Parkway and Leary Way: Public visioning event to kick off planning for the Redmond Central Connector, over 3 miles of a multi-use corridor on the former BNSF rail line.

Right now, real estate in Redmond is good. Prices are not up, but the sales are really happening. There are homes selling quickly, but they need to be the best homes out there in the price range. They also need to show well to grab a buyer’s interest. There are still overpriced homes and homes that do not show well that are languishing on the market. But overall, the market is good.
